Cliffside Beach Club is a unique combination of a small hotel and private beach club, which offers its members a range of amenities, which include access to the private beach, umbrella and chair service and bathhouses (private individual changing rooms). The Club also has massage rooms, steam rooms and dry sauna.

Food and beverage service is provided in the private bar and café. Open for members and resort guests only, this lovely addition to the Club has a full liquor license and provides lunch and dinner daily from June 21st through Labor Day. The Club is very fortunate in that the world class Galley Beach Restaurant (adjacent to the Club property) provides all of the sumptuous food from their kitchen.

The beach attendants, who in addition to providing you with beach towels, chilled filtered water and your umbrella and chairs, are there to help make your day on the beach as comfortable as possible. The beach is also staffed with lifeguard and a water sports attendant. The Club has paddleboards, kayaks, windsurfing equipment, a Sunfish sailboat and a custom 20-foot powered catamaran made by Nautica.

The Club has a superb exercise and spa facility. The design philosophy of health club director, Keith Ward is to only use the finest exercise equipment available. Our cardio equipment features Precor elipticals, Precor bikes, one Precor treadmill and two Woodway treadmills. The Woodway treadmills are a very high end product rarely found in health clubs. We also feature resistance machines from Hur, which is a Finnish company, well respected for their expertise in physical therapy treatment centers. All of the Hur weight equipment utilizes compressed air for resistance. Some of the other equipment includes Freemotion, Cybex and EFI Gravity Trainers. Keith Ward leads a team, which offers physical training, physical therapy, massage, Pilates and yoga. Their combined experience includes working for such prestigious companies and organizations as Riverdance, The London 2012 Olympics, The Santa Fe Ballet, Aspen Valley Hospital and Aspen Sports Medicine Institute.

The Club’s stunning pool area has a 60-foot lap pool, a leisure pool and a large hot pool with hydrotherapy jets. The entire area faces south and includes outside showers, pool bathroom and sauna.

The Currie family purchased Cliffside Beach Club in 1958. During the three generations of the family’s ownership, the Club has added a superb exercise and spa facility; a private bar & café and a stunning pool area. The historic lobby and pavilion have been restored with careful attention being paid to preserving the integrity of the original design.

Membership requires a one time initiation fee and payment of annual dues. The Club does not offer short term or single season memberships. For information please contact us by phone or email.
