Beach House Residence 201 – (Opening in 2014)

Located on a separate one-acre beach (previously called Cliffside’s Goldcoast), the Beach House Residences are brand new for the 2013 season. Beach House Residence #201 sits right on the beach with unobstructed views of the beach and Nantucket Sound. The two-story residence is 2,500 square feet with two entry doors. The first floor will have two king bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms. This floor also has a large private deck, just three steps off the sand. The second floor will feature a kitchen, living room, one bedroom, bathroom and a private deck. The water and beach views from the unit’s interior and exterior decks are outstanding.
