Residence 202

Located on a separate one-acre beach (previously called Cliffside’s Goldcoast), the Beach House Residences are brand new for the 2013 season. Beach House Residence #202 sits right on the beach with unobstructed views of the beach and Nantucket Sound. The two-story residence is 1,400 square feet with two entry doors and lovely furnishings. The first floor has one king bedroom and one queen bedroom, each with ensuite bathrooms. This floor also has a half bath and a large private deck, just three steps off the sand. The second floor features a kitchen, living room and two private decks. The water and beach views from the unit’s interior and exterior decks are outstanding. Each day an umbrella and chairs will be set up in front of the residence for your private use, complete with beach towels and warm sand under your toes.
