Apartment #111 is located just off the lobby. The apartment is 875 square feet. It has an entry door from the parking area and a back door that leads to a private deck, which overlooks the water and provides direct access to the beach. This charming unit is ideally suited for larger families. The apartment has a living room with a dining area, an open kitchen and has one full bathroom and one half bathroom. It has a master bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with two twin beds and a small third bedroom with bunk beds. Antique pine furnishings and tin ceilings add to the apartment’s appeal. While there are no water views from inside the apartment, just a few feet away from the back door is the boardwalk leading to our private beach, where each day umbrellas and chairs will be set up for your use, complete with beach towels and warm sand under your toes.
